ABOUT US

The Former and Latter Rain Ministries (FLRM) is a Bible-teaching and preaching, Community Service Ministry.  It is an independent, interdenominational, evangelistic body.

Richard Offord, Sr. is the President and founder of FLRM; and his wife, Mattie Offord, is the Vice President.  The couple have been married for over thirty-five years, and they enjoy family.

Richard and Mattie have been spirit-filled believers for more than 40 years.  Both were raised and trained in the church from early childhood.  Served more than 35 years in ministry:   preaching/teaching The Word of God and performing music with a family group in such forums as  street corners, parks, prisons, churches, Carter Baron, Wolfe Trap, National Theatre, numerous states and the list goes on.  Pastor and Evangelist James R. Dunn and World Missions for Christ are an important part of this ministry's spiritual foundation.

FLRM presently broadcast on local cable.  We also regularly conduct Bible Seminars on Scripture-related topics, as well as minister free services to the community.

The mission of FLRM is to spread God's "Latter Day" Message:  "Behold the Bridegroom cometh."
